NBSC Empowers Educators Through Teacher Agency Training
Northern Bukidnon State College conducted the Teacher Agency Training of Trainers (TOT) Session 1 at the Research Laboratory on March 19, 2025. The training aimed to equip educators with the skills to effectively design, implement, and analyze assessments, enhancing their instructional impact. Dr. Jovelyn G. Delosa, Vice President for Academic Affairs, led the session, discussing various assessment tools and strategies. “TOT enhances our teaching skills and strengthens our assessment strategies. It inspires me to think beyond the textbook and begin with the end in mind,” shared Mr. Rolan L. Mancha. The initiative underscores NBSC’s commitment to academic excellence and innovation in education. The training empowers educators to refine their methodologies and elevate learning outcomes by fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The program, supported by College President Dr. Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera and Vice President for Administration and Finance Dr. Helen E. Maasin, reaffirms NBSC’s dedication to advancing quality education.
